The Loan Specialists will play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the financing process and with their vehicle purchases, providing them with information and guidance to make informed financial decisions, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

You'll assist them in getting approved for financing and finding a vehicle that suits their needs, all while they have the opportunity to build and establish credit.

4. No flooded sales floors: We carefully create a balanced sales floor ensuring every person the adequate amount of opportunity and leads they need to be successful.

5. Work Life Balance: No Sundays, No late nights. We’re open 9-5 or 9-6 at the latest. We believe your life should be balanced between work, family and hobbies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers who visit the respective dealership locations, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Actively engage with potential buyers to understand their financing needs and preferences.

• Explain program details, answer questions, and guide customers through the loan application and vehicle purchasing process.

• Collect necessary documents for the underwriting department to complete customer applications

• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and emails to nurture leads and build relationships.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

• Customer facing experience is preferred

• Self-motivated and goal driven

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
