Auxiliary Programs - Summer Aftercare Staff 2024

Lowell is seeking Aftercare staff with skills in a variety of areas, that include supervision and activity planning with preschool through elementary school age students.

Qualifications:

• Loves kids
• Demonstrated experience working with children
• Ability to teach and lead various STEAM and recreational activities
• Excellent character, integrity and adaptability
• Ability to communicate and work with a variety of age and skill levels
• The desire and ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented atmosphere
• Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience and self-control
• Completed one year of college, at least 18 years of age, or successful employment

AND THE THREE MOST IMPORTANT QUALITIES YOU MUST POSSESS...

Dates: June 17- July 26 (Weekdays only)Hours: 2 shifts: Weekdays 2:30 PM- 6:00 PM, Weekdays 12 PM - 6 PMLocation: Upper NW DC near Rock Creek Park and Downtown Silver Spring (public transportation accessible)
