Position: System Analyst 2
Location: Richmond, VA

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Prior PL/SQL Development experience
- 2+ years of Data retrieval using SQL
- 4+ years of Technical writing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for technical audiences
- Ability to see the big picture and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow technical guidance
- Highly desired: Scripting/coding in Python or R, knowledge of relational database design, Data Engineering skills, and Data analysis and visualization
- Desired: Exposure to transportation data or concepts
