We are currently searching for a Property Management Coordinator to join our Property Management team.

Job Summary

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating maintenance operations and functions of the community. Additional duties include payroll and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtains work request from residents and staff via voice mail, emails and through other types of communications (Worxhub)
  • Notifies Property Management leadership of any outstanding or incomplete work orders at the end of each week.
  • Acts as departmental correspondent and notifies resident of the receipt of submitted work order in conjunction with the Property Management Leadership.
  • Maintains all aspects of the work order system, (The Worxhub). Monitors the status of work orders, schedules and reschedules work as appropriate.
  • Maintains PM Contracts (Contact information, Billing information, Schedules, PM maintenance spread sheet, requests updated contracts)
  • Supports Property Management Leadership maintaining EOP (Emergency Operation Plan)
  • Performs word processing and clerical duties as requested in a timely and accurate manner. Proofs all work before forwarding to resident or staff, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Project, and Adobe Pro.


Job Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one (1) to three (3) years administrative experience or business school training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong customer service skills, and type 40-50 wpm. Must be proficient in the operation of computer applications.
