Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Ontario, a prominent e-commerce and retail company specializing in online sales.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring accurate records of receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Process Invoices: Compile and prepare invoices accurately and promptly.
• Bank Reconciliation: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of financial transactions in compliance with company standards.
• Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data to recommend appropriate actions.
• Payment Processing: Verify documentation and initiate payment disbursements.
• Intercompany Transactions: Handle invoice and bill input for intercompany transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and NetSuite is advantageous.
• Background in billing, finance, or retail/e-commerce preferred.
• Minimum of one year of accounts receivable experience
• Strong data entry skills and familiarity with standard accounting procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
