Primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person - Desktop support for 2 dedicated locations, filling in field dispatch and on call once every 3 weeks

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, and orders, and replaces.arts as needed.
Break Fix experience on Desktop, Laptop, Printer and Servers.
