Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to join our team and help us ensure that our products meet the highest standards of security and compliance for our customers in the public sector.

As a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Working on FedRAMP (Moderate ATO), TX-RAMP, StateRAMP, and other compliance frameworks to ensure our products meet the requirements for ongoing certification.

• Conducting security assessments, audits, and reviews of our cloud-based products and services.

• Preparing and maintaining documentation, policies, procedures, and reports related to security and compliance.

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, engineers, project managers, customers, and auditors.

• Staying updated on the latest security and compliance standards, regulations, and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, preferably in the healthcare or public sector.

• Knowledge and experience the following laws, regulations, and standards:

• FedRAMP Moderate

• FISMA

• NIST SP 800-53 Rev5

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are a bonus.
