The Opportunity:

We're seeking a proactive, results-driven Customer Service Team Leader to manage and inspire our virtual customer support team to deliver top-notch customer service, operational excellence and drive customer loyalty and satisfaction in the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and training of the virtual customer support team to deliver outstanding service standards and operational efficiency.
• Implement processes and protocols to streamline operations within the customer support team, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Utilize data insights to monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support team.
• Make recommendations as well as execute on the recruitment & retention of virtual support team members while making impactful changes to current processes within the virtual team to maintain operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing operational processes within virtual customer support teams.
• Excellent virtual communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in virtual CRM tools and business software usage.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset.
