Job Description:
The Host(ess) is responsible for multiple functions in our dining rooms. Dining room cleanliness, Guest Interaction, Seating Guests, Arranging Tables for special parties, Menu Knowledge, and all other function to ensure all or our guests receive that extreme level of satisfaction in their dining experience. Host must demonstrates strong teamwork and leadership skills so they can help orchestrate the best flow in the dining room for our guests experience

Requirements | Qualifications: Must perform the following levels of hosting to provide all our guests the best possible experience. Job duties are not limited to just seating and must execute team work at the highest levels. - Professional appearance; always in correct and proper uniform - Dining room cleanliness includes and not limited to: silverware bins, help with pre-bussing and clearing tables, floors, chairs and table tops correctly set and inviting to guests, window sills, shelves, planters, lamps NCO, restroom checks

- Guest Interaction; meaningful smile and friendly guests conversations - Seater/Dining Room Host; seating, guests visits, pre-bussing - Menu Knowledge; passionate knowledge of favorite menu items, know the specials, know holiday menu items and the ability to suggest - Provide a “WOW” experience for all our guests including handling guests complaints according to provided guidelines and management involvement - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail - Ability to be on your feet for 4 – 6 hours at a time - Provide guest with assistance in a professional and timely manner Education and Experience Requirements: - Food Handlers Card is preferred but will be required to receive one after employed
