Registered Nurse (RN)

Village Caregiving - Lexington is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time, hourly basis. As an individual contributor, the RN will provide in home assessments for our Lexington Kentucky location. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough health assessments for new and existing clients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each client
- Monitor and record clients' vital signs and medical information
- Provide guidance to clients and their families about health situations
- Ensure that all medical equipment is properly maintained and used
- Collaborate with other team members to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of Kentucky
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an RN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of nursing care regulations and standards
