Job description

Responsibilities:
Leasing of luxury market rate apartments  
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide accurate information about rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities
- Screen rental applications and verify applicant information
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including conducting unit inspections
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings, and lease agreements

Qualifications & Essential Skills:
College, or suitable alternative.
2 years work experience as a Leasing Agent or similar position (sales or customer service)
Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation.

Understanding of Fair Housing compliance 
Social Media content review
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong people skills.

Job Type: Full-time in person 

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
