Job Description

The Customer Service Order Specialist will receive orders via email. Person will enter order into SAP & manage from order to cash and following through delivery and invoicing.

Customer Service Order Specialist Responsibilities include:

  • Interact directly with customers via phone and/or email.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Receive customer orders via email.
  • Keep accurate record of customer correspondence.
  • File delivered customer shipments: Sales Order, Order Confirmation, Warehouse Copy, Packing List, BOL, Customer
  • Purchase Order and POD.
  • Enter and update customer account information in SAP.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and credits in SAP.
  • Aid in resolving customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Planning and affiliates to ensure on time delivery of customer orders
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages and volume.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in order to cash, credits & debits and familiar with incoterms
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • SAP experience REQUIRED
  • Import/Export document knowledge
  • Microsoft Office
