Job Description
The Customer Service Order Specialist will receive orders via email. Person will enter order into SAP & manage from order to cash and following through delivery and invoicing.
Customer Service Order Specialist Responsibilities include:
- Interact directly with customers via phone and/or email.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Receive customer orders via email.
- Keep accurate record of customer correspondence.
- File delivered customer shipments: Sales Order, Order Confirmation, Warehouse Copy, Packing List, BOL, Customer
- Purchase Order and POD.
- Enter and update customer account information in SAP.
- Process customer orders, returns, and credits in SAP.
- Aid in resolving customer complaints.
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning and affiliates to ensure on time delivery of customer orders
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages and volume.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in order to cash, credits & debits and familiar with incoterms
- High School Diploma or GED
- SAP experience REQUIRED
- Import/Export document knowledge
- Microsoft Office
