Join our dynamic team as a Sales Account Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This multifaceted position combines sales expertise with technical proficiency, offering a unique opportunity to work remotely while engaging with clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities, conducting audits of their chemical processes and providing technical recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Perform chemical titrations and readings, leveraging engineering expertise to drive process control and deliver tangible value to clients.
Lead engineering projects aimed at optimizing customer processes and delivering innovative solutions.
Generate technical service reports detailing findings and recommendations for clients, ensuring clear communication and actionable insights.
Host meetings with customers to deliver value-added presentations and foster strong client relationships.
Proactively prospect and engage potential customers through cold calls and in-person sales calls, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
Prepare and present proposals tailored to the unique needs of prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements, and offering compelling solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in engineering, sales, or manufacturing environments preferred.
Willingness to travel as required to engage with customers and prospects.
