Job Description:
We seek to hire an experienced Sales Specialist to develop sales strategies and grow our customer base in order to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and relationship building. The successful candidate will thrive in an independent role with a proven track record of successful sales experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the gutter industry.
2. Identify emerging markets for gutter installers and shifts in the marketplace.
3. Prospect for new leads and opportunities to grow the customer base.
4. Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
5. Establish and adjust selling prices, maintaining profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry influencers.
7. Track and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
8. Network and attend industry events to expand business opportunities.
