IT Data Analyst

- Job Title: IT Data Analyst - Location: New York City, NY. Preferably, candidates within 50-60 miles from the client location - Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) - Experience: Minimum of 8 years required - Must Have Skills: Knowledge in Fixed Income, Bond Lifecycle, and Agile Requirement writing - Responsibilities: This role involves managing the lifecycle of features and implementing roadmaps and product priorities based on client needs, insights, and data analysis. The candidate will be expected to work across cross-functional initiatives to accelerate client experience and develop innovative solutions - Communication: The candidate needs to have excellent communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels of seniority, from Technical Engineers to Senior Executives - Role: The candidate will lead the development and implementation as a technical product expert, manage and build data pipelines for seamless flow of information, author user stories, set methods and standards for eliciting requirements, identify business problems, and partner with UX Designer for user experience - Experience: 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or technical product manager related roles, with a proven track record in a fast-moving agile environment - Skills: Expertise in business analysis or technical product management, development of detailed business cases, capturing benefits and benefits realization - Mindset: A growth and commercial mindset with a continuous learning ethos is required - Bonus Skills: Experience in Issuer Services or Loans administration and servicing, SQL queries writing - Specific Requirements: The role will focus on writing requirements for workflows and functionality, with a preference for candidates with experience in bank, settlement, clearing, and bonds. It's important that candidates have knowledge of corporate bond structure and bank operations. Candidates from portfolio management, asset management, trade processing backgrounds are not preferred.
