MB Attorney Search LLC is proud to represent our client, a respected and innovative national law firm, in their search for an experienced Collections Attorney that is interested in taking their career to the next level. They are seeking an attorney to specialize in representing Homeowners' & Condo Associations (HOA) and to lead and mentor the HOA collections litigation team.

This is an exciting partnership track opportunity with a preeminent law firm in community association law advocating best practices and legal strategies for condominium and homeowners' associations.

• Litigation Representation: You will represent HOAs in consumer collection litigation cases.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with FDCPA and oversee debt verification processes.
• Strategic Development: Create case strategies and negotiate settlements in clients' best interests.
• Collections Management: Oversee collections processes for HOA and condo associations, adhering to all relevant regulations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of associates and paraprofessionals, managing workloads, offering guidance, and providing training to ensure efficient case management and deadline compliance.

This Collections Attorney - HOA role is for you, if you:

• Litigation Experience: A solid foundation in collections litigation, with a preference for experience with HOAs.
• Exceptional Skills: Outstanding research and writing capabilities, along with superior negotiation and communication skills, are essential. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines is a must.
• Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Missouri, or able gain licensure within a short period of time. You will be handling matters in both Missouri and Kansas.
• Mangement: Enjoy managing a skilled legal team.

Hybrid Role: This position is located in St Louis, MO. The firm has beautiful new offices that are designed to encourage collaboration. The firm has a hybrid culture and will support your work environment preference.

The firm will relocate a successful candidate.
