Recruitment Specialist

Glades Talent is representing a standout Home Health agency based looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist

Candidates MUST have previous Home Health/Home Care recruitment experience within a licensed agency.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as PeopleSoft, Kronos, etc.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively interview candidates and assess their qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with succession planning is a plus
