We are seeking a Service & Assembly Supervisor for our Salt Lake City showroom. Our Service & Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for managing the growing service team of assemblers and mechanics. Weekend availability will be required as our schedule is subject to change.
The salary for this role is Currency $55,000 - $65,000 annually; however, we consider several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Requirements
Why You're Rad (about you):
2+ years of experience working as a bike mechanic
Prior experience supervising a team
Strong attention to detail and prioritization
Ability to juggle many priorities at once and lend a hand wherever needed
Relationship focused approach to customer service
Passion for bikes and an interest in working with e-bike consumers
Additional Requirements:
Impeccable written & oral communication skills
Ability to ascend / descend ladders
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours / day
Ability to lift, push/pull, leverage and carry 65+ pounds without assistance
Proficient manual dexterity required while using a variety of hand tools and other equipment

Experience with electric bikes or vehicles
Trained in LEAN principles
Had you been with us last month, the top 5 things you would have impacted are:
Supervised the growing team of ebike assemblers and ebike mechanics in their day-to-day tasks & assisted the team in performing bicycle repairs, tuning & fitting bikes for customers
Partnered with the Operations and Supply Chain teams about inventory, product movement, and product updates
Acted as one of the final approvers for our ebikes before they are sold out of our Retail location
Collaborated with our Retail team to achieve positive customer feedback & communicated daily with management team on support needed
Additional duties and overtime as required
