Kable Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a GREAT customer of ours in Greendale, OH. This company has lots of advancement opportunity. This is a direct hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections of products for defects or irregularities.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment as they arise.
- Assemble and package finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Proficiency in working with your hands.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
- Basic math skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the duration of your shift.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
