Bubbies Water Park Va in Arlington, VA is an all plant-based Americana restaurant, known for our house-made proteins and fun but well-executed dishes. We are located on 1721 Crystal Drive Kiosk #2 and a second location at 1829 M Street NW DC.

We are a restaurant that is open 11am-8pm everyday of the week. We are seeking an FOH Supervisor that is flexible and able to fill BOTH day and evening shifts. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged, with a passion for hospitality to join us along the way.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
• Proactively assist fellow staff members
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in a management role

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00/hour.
