Welcome to the family! One Bourbon, a local, female-owned & operated, profitable, restaurant, is growing at an amazing rate. Our brand is full-service, heavy on the whiskey scene, with a from-scratch kitchen. We were just named one of America's Best Bourbon Bars by The Bourbon Review/Buffalo Trace Distillery. (August 2022.)

We offer our guests a unique and amazing experience with over 400 whiskies, a full bar, and awesome food. There is a deep need for someone to handle more of the leadership role in the kitchen and grow into the role.

What we are looking for:

-Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality

-A truly energetic, hands-on leader, this is NOT an office job

-No ego and a humble attitude, always willing to question and continuously learn and grow

-Full-service Executive Chef or Sous Chef experience of at least 1 year, event experience a plus

-Ability to handle BOH operations, utilize existing systems, train, monitor expenses, place orders, etc.

-Excellent trainer, who can inspire but also hold people highly accountable

-Work with the FOH on menus, events, and day-to-day operations

-Is practical and aims to keep things simple

-Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $26.44 - $30.00/hour.
