Position Overview: Prestige Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Person to join our team. The Direct Support Person will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Assist individuals with accessing community resources and participating in social and recreational activities.
• Implement individualized care plans and provide support in accordance with the client's preferences and needs.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
