Job Description

We are seeking a Defender Of Justice: Associate Attorney – Criminal Law to become a part of our rapidly growing team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, help them navigate criminal cases, and help with other ancillary issues such as drivers license reinstatement and expungements.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court.
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
Negotiate plea offers.
Conduct jury and bench trials, as well as other hearings, e.g., preliminary hearings, refusal hearings, and bond hearings.

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in criminal law.
Tenacious and growth minded.
Passionate and compassionate.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
