- Scanning the water and ensuring a safe environment when in the chair
- Enforcing all pool rules
- Keep the rotations in sync and be respectful of other employees time
- Pick up trash on the deck and change trash cans when full
- Keep bathrooms clean and fully stocked
- Keep older children out of the baby pool
- Check chemicals 3 times a day
- Stay aware when out of the chair
