Location: Bloomington, MN

Wage: $33 - $35 hourly

Hours: 6 am – 2 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the warehouse coordinator / driver lead:

• Efficiently manage material moving equipment in the secure warehouse area.
• Handle inventory tasks, including record-keeping, equipment ordering, and timely product destruction.
• Serve as the primary contact for all fleet driver-related issues, including liaising with truck vendors for repairs and services.
• Master and train others in fleet truck operation.
• Oversee driver logs and vehicle inspection reports for compliance.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to ensure operational standards are met.

Requirements of the warehouse coordinator / driver lead:

• Demonstrated experience in forklift operation and inventory management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to schedule production for shifts.
• Commitment to fostering a safe work environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security certification and ensure team compliance.
• Class B CDL with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Note: This role involves 80% warehouse work, predominantly using a forklift, with 20% as a driver as needed.
