Contract Duration: 6-Months
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN - onsite
Hourly Rate: $21-22/hr W2

Human Resources Assistant | Payroll Job Description:
Work in HR Operations handling day to day paperwork for active U.S. and Canada payroll following defined procedures. Collaborate daily with a team of payroll administration representatives.

What you’ll bring to the Human Resources Assistant | Payroll role.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in work processes.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and adapt to different communication styles.
- Proficient in the following personal computer applications: Word, Excel, email, etc. Workday system experience preferred.
- High school degree or equivalent.

Preferred Education, Work Experience and Knowledge:
- Post high school education preferred in Human Resources.
- 2+ years of Human Resources or related customer service experience.
- Previous experience handling day to day paperwork for payroll following defined procedures.
