BDC Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
- Logging customer details and comments in the system.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure that they are happy with our service.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership, as needed.
BDC Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient with computer and the Internet
- Professional and personable demeanor.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
