Responsibilities:

  • Maintain adherence to safety standards
  • Ensure all required documentation is filed
  • Assist in creating and managing project budgets for assigned projects
  • Develop pre-construction RFP packages
  • Conduct project meetings, set milestones, and formulate monthly owner reports
  • Establish job processes, including RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
  • Update project schedule, ensure project quality control, and address project logistics
  • Manage the closeout process
  • Collaborate with project superintendent and site operations team throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred
  • Equivalent work experience in place of a degree accepted
  • 2-5 years of commercial construction experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Previous experience on commercial job sites preferred
  • Passion for construction and industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in sector-specific software systems such as the Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.
