Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm
 
Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of technician assignments/jobs.
  • Serve as assistant to the ownership.
  • Perform various scheduling, filing, reception, and other clerical tasks.

 
Minimum Requirements:

  • Must possess clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
