Pay rate:$30-35 hourly
**Day shift with overtime

Global manufacturer has been experiencing tremendous growth over the last few years and is moving to a new, world class facility complete with gym and other amenities. They are looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their team on days.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Assist in the performance of a variety of maintenance and repair duties under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist with the repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production and warehouse equipment and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Assist with the regular preventive maintenance on machines, and other equipment as indicated in the Preventive Maintenance program.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Basic or general building maintenance, ground maintenance (snow plowing) and repair.

Experience:

• Must have strong Mechanical experience working on conveyors and other production equipment as well as Electrical repair experience.

• 5-10 + years experience with stable job tenure
