5W&Co is looking for an Account Manager to help us develop the growing list of customers and clients with whom we work. By meeting with our customers face to face, the Account Manager will facilitate new sales, retain existing business relationships, and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
Identify areas of improvement in order to meet sales objectives
Collaborate within a close-knit sales team to identify and develop new marketing opportunities
Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed
