IT Support Tech

Growing Apparel Manufacturer in Miami Gardens seeks and IT Support Tech to support both the office and the manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has acquired the following skills and knowledge:

• Works independently and efficiently to complete tasks.
• Effectively, prioritizes and, executes tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time/issues effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Networking (DNS, DHCP).
• Basic Knowledge of Windows Servers Management.
• Computer Hardware skills.
• Documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Backup and recovery procedures.
• Application support experience with Microsoft Office products (MAC knowledge desirable).

Responsibilities include:

• Prioritize and troubleshoot complex problems and provide complete solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Create technical documentation.
• Manage Email accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements in product and process.
• Perform hands-on fixes, including software/ hardware install and upgrade and configuring systems and applications.
• Make basic PC customizations based on customer needs.
• Maintains inventory of computers and printers and peripheral equipment.
• Basic vendor’s management.
• Arranges processes for disposal of older technology.
• Other duties as assigned.

Other requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility with schedule and available to work after hours and on weekends when needed.
