Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking multiple Accounting Specialists for several clients all over the Knoxville area! Current experience in an accounting role and/or recent graduate with associates OR bachelor's in accounting IS required. These positions pay $20-23/hour, depending on experience, and all are in office only. Monday-Friday 8a to 5p.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Accounts payable
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Accounts receivable
- Applying payments
- Reconciliation
- Making calls to customers for past due balances
