Adult Live-In Caregiver

Job Description:

We are looking for an employee to serve as a live-in caretaker assisting an individual with basic life needs and permanently residing on the individual’s premises for the duration of their employment.

The position will be paid between $12-$15 per hour, and given the need to be “on call” at all times, be presumed to work 168 hours per week (resulting in an annual salary of $104,823.00 - $131,040.00 per year).

As permitted by law and in light of payment for a 168 hour week, the applicant selected for this position will be required to enter into a written agreement agreeing to work for compensation in lieu of 24 hours off each week and 48 hours consecutive off each month.

Benefits:

The selected applicant will also be required to enter into a written agreement exempting them from overtime.  The applicant selected for this position will be provided with 40 hours of paid time off in their first year of employment.

You will be off on Sundays with full pay.
