Position: Adult Care Nurse
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 3 Months

Experience:

• Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and Child Care, Critical Care, and Pediatrics.
• Current Adult Care home health experience.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Two years of previous acute care experience in specified areas.
• Experience in Adult Care home health.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a home health setting.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses to care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and organizational policies and procedures.

Pay Range: $38.62 hourly - $52.48 hourly
