Commercial Window Cleaner

We are looking for an experienced exterior maintenance worker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in window cleaning, with a specific focus on mid-rise and high-rise buildings. As a Window cleaner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior and/or interior window washing, ensuring a streak-free and spotless finish on residential, mid-high rise commercial buildings.
• Roof cleaning, moss removal and gutter system cleaning
• Pressure washing exterior buildings, walkways, roofs
• Maintain good respectable relations with clients
• Operate and maintain window washing equipment, including ropes, harnesses, ladders and water fed poles.
• Inspect windows for damages or issues and report any necessary repairs or maintenance to the supervisor
• Ensure timely arrival to jobsite, following all requested safety protocols

​Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Window Washer, with a focus on mid-rise and high-rise buildings (minimum 2 years preferred)
• 1-year chair experience for mid-high rise building scaling
• Licensed and insured with reliable transportation (ladder rack is ideal)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
