A mid-size North Seattle law firm searching for candidates to fill a full-time probate/ real estate/ estate planning position.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Drafting probate documents
- Drafting deeds
- Creating and managing estate planning and LLC files
- Appointment scheduling and client management, including maintaining tickle box, sending reminders, and managing legal assistant projects
- Recording with county recorders
What you bring to the table
- At least 2 years of probate/estate planning experience required
- Bachelor's or Paralegal Cert
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines under time constraints
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- High degree of professionalism and dependability
- Software proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and time-keeping applications
Paralegal Total Rewards
- Job Salary Range: $35-$45 per hour
- Choice of health insurance – either firm provided or compensation for supplemental health insurance
