Job Description

We are a busy Commercial Door repair company. We are seeking a high energy individual that thrives in handling customer inquiries and serving people. This person will be responsible for learning our industry, answering phones, entering service call request, entering estimate requests, dispatching, light accounts receivable followup, estimates followup. This person will work directly with the management team to ensure we are going above and beyond to meet our clients needs and get there doors fixed in a timely and seamless manner. We are looking for an A player to join our team and thrive with us as we expand to other states. This person will be responsible for tracking incoming calls accurately and reporting their finding s to the CEO as well as brainstorm creatively ideas to enhance call volumes and lead quality. We are looking for someone who loves talking to people and being of service, as well as take pride in contributing to a positive and uplifting work environment.
