Technical Engineer, (Director)

As our Technical Director, you would be an integral part of our management team. You would assess and implement plans to monitor the effectiveness of all current product lines, as well as develop vendor relationships & procedures moving forward.

Evaluate our competitive position within the industry and work with the top executives to determine the need for new and/or refined products. You would lead and guide, & direct any product development needed, while overseeing all technical aspects of product design.

You would monitor and become aware of any new production methods, technology and education opportunities to strengthen and deepen exposure to all business units. You are the glue that makes our team run smoothly.

You would also participate in field studies and resolutions as needed. You would implement a tooling roster and determine tooling strategies for products in addition to our core substructure products used by engineers and utility companies. You get along easily with others and have the unique ability to work well as a team, working positively to achieve group goals.

You can work independently with minimum of supervision, and have strong oral and written communication skills. When production needs arise, your leadership may be required for off-shift support for critical production or start up deadlines.

Qualifications: Minimum: BS in Engineering required. 8 years Experience in waterworks infrastructure and/or centrifugal casting required.
