Job Description
Crucial Link is hiring for an
Accounting A/R Professional
in Cleveland 44142 (Brookpark Road)
40 hours per week, 7:00am-3:30pm
$18-20/hr depending on experience.
At least 5 years of Accounting experience is required.
Must work well with technology and Microsoft Excel.
Duties Include:
- A/R
- Invoicing
- Taxes
- Payroll (entering PTO, holidays, missed punches, etc)
- Answering employee questions regarding PTO.
- Cover for A/P person when needed (being able to post invoices)
- Collections (following up on deposit invoices and past dues)
This position is temp-to-hire, with the intention of bringing the person onboard as an employee of the company as soon as possible.
Initial interviews will be conducted by Crucial Link, and subsequent interviews will take place at the worksite.
All candidates must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
