MUST:
The medical customer service rep candidates should have the following experience:
2 years of medical receptionist experience,
Strong scheduling experience and customer service experience
Experience checking patients in and verifying insurance
Experience entering and updating information in EMR
DUTIES:
The duties include but are not limited to the following:
Respond to calls and emails from patients and physicians
Provide customer service support
Enter and update patient information in EMR
Review sites and directions with patients
Schedule and register patients for appointments
Provide customer service support
Interview callers to find out what their needs are
Schedule appointments
Register patients
Enter and update patient demographics
Obtain medical insurance and verify insurance
