Chiropractic Assistant

We are in search of a friendly, energetic, and hard-working, addition to complete our staff. We provide on the job training to become a licensed Chiropractic Assistant. Experience with computers and customer service are a plus.  Spanish speaking is very helpful!

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments by phone and follow up appointments in person.
• Accurately update and maintain Chiropractors schedules.
• Collect patient insurance information and submit to Office Manager for verification.
• Collect co-pays from patients.

• Assist doctors in the overall care and management of patients.
• Escort patients to each treatment area.
• Take vitals of each patient and record medical history.
• Check on patients undergoing unattended treatment.
• Supervise/instruct exercises as directed by the Doctor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in our office.  Remote work is not an option.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of periods of standing and bending.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
