Job Description

Responsibilities:

Climb towers to heights of 350+ feet.
Lift 50-70 lbs.
Perform tower construction activities including assembling/erecting towers, installing antennas, mounting hardware, installing coax and connectors, grounding, testing, positioning, and optimizing antennas and lines.
Interprets various documents (blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, etc.)
Loading and unloading material and equipment in a warehouse setting and on the construction sites, with and without the assistance of a lift gate.
Work in a variety of different working conditions.

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation to HQ.
Be able to travel to surrounding states and be gone for a week at a time.
Reliable team player, who has a good attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Be able to work overtime hours with Per Diem.
Use appropriate tools.

Benefits:

Salary $60,000.00-$90,000.00 based on current experience and certifications.
Paid Per Diem.
Quarterly bonuses.
