Job Summary:
- Engage with customers to understand their deck project needs.
- Develop and present proposals for creating or renovating decks.
- Upon acceptance, execute the project to meet our high standards and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Proven expertise in deck construction or similar fields, showcasing your ability to solve problems creatively and exceed homeowner expectations.
- Preference for hands-on work over administrative tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow skilled craftsmen.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Clear and effective communication.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies.
- Have your own tools - the ability to work by yourself OR in a team environment.
