CU-centric, a credit union core processing company is seeking a Conversion / Client Support person to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for planning, development and execution of credit union conversion projects and supporting the credit union client throughout the process. This dynamic position works with different teams, training initiatives and engaging credit unions and working with third party business that integrate with our core.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze credit union needs and working with our team on solutions
- Work with project manager to meet specification needs
- Managing specific projects for client credit unions
- Collaborate with developers to create and update software systems
- Create flowcharts and schedules for new client conversions
- Document procedures and conversion timelines
- Work directly with clients on projects, issues and conversion processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in credit unions, credit union core processors or other related fields
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
