Hire Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

· Lead a regional team in the execution of projects and programs for regional clients

· Manage existing client relations, including contracts, projects and opportunities

· Foster relationships with new regional clients and develop Regional Strategy Plan / Business Development

· Responsible for work in the region using local resources and utilizing other offices/resources

· Monitoring and management of employee utilization by interfacing with other leaders

· Work closely with the other Regional Leads, Directors, Vice Presidents and Principals to leverage relationships and expertise

· Develop a training plan for employees in Region

· Serves as the key resource for executive management advisory on overall project health.

· Oversees planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of all assigned projects from contract execution through commercial operation.

· Manage existing client relations and foster relationships with new regional clients

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering or equivalent

· Prior Oil & Gas or Utility experience preferred

· Experience in Gas or Electric utility engineering, construction and/or project management.

· Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

· Experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
