HVAC Project Coordinator

Ener-con Technical Services Corporation is a privately owned company serving the New  York metropolitan area & parts of New Jersey. We specialize in installation and service of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning  equipment for commercial spaces. We perform work for a wide range of new  construction projects, renovations, hotels, luxury homes, luxury apartments, and health  care centers. We also specialize in troubleshooting problems with existing systems and  provide scheduled maintenance to insure greater operating efficiency with quality assurance start-up procedures. With 30 years of experience, our company’s staff has extensive experience in the sales,  services, installation and maintenance for every type of building. We are seeking a  highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HVAC Project  Coordinator. 

Job Description: 

As an HVAC Project Coordinator at Ener-con Technical Service, you  will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC  projects. Working closely with our project managers, technicians, and clients, you will  play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to  the highest quality standards. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule resources, including technicians, equipment, and materials, for project execution. 
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle,  providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues. 
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any  deviations from the plan. 
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports. 
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 
• Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractor services as needed. 
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success. 
• Support project managers in the resolution of any project-related disputes or conflicts. 

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or management in the HVAC industry. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple  projects simultaneously. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact  effectively with clients, team members, and external partners. 
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. 
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is advantageous. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
