Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will spearhead the generation of new business opportunities and play a crucial role in expanding our client base while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our Executive Director to develop and execute a strategic lead generation plan aimed at meeting or surpassing quota targets.
- Assist in crafting and implementing innovative lead generation campaigns, conducting thorough prospect research, and identifying key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Take a proactive approach to prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking events.
- Effectively manage leads throughout the sales pipeline by scheduling appointments, following up on inquiries, and tracking progress meticulously.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
- Consistently exceed weekly and monthly goals for meetings, pipeline growth, and overall sales activity.
- Capture and input comprehensive information into relevant sales tools to facilitate efficient follow-up and nurturing of leads.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software platforms to manage and track sales activities effectively.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and passionate about pursuing a successful career in sales.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
