PositionRequirements:

- EssentialExperience: Must have a strong background in insurance defense. Experience withBI/UM/SIU FRAUD and PIP is highly desirable.

- TechnicalSkills: Proficient knowledge of case management systems and billing software isnecessary. Must be able to capture time and bill according to guidelines.

-Professional Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, andcommunication skills are a must. The ability to remain poised under the stressof multiple deadlines is crucial.

-Educational Credentials: Only candidates who are certified through a recognizedparalegal program, NALA, or are registered as a Florida paralegal should apply.

KeyResponsibilities:

-Preparation of discovery responses and objections.

-Summarization of medical records and other documentation.

- Assistancewith large document productions and electronic production issues usingAdobe/Abbyy.

- Propertime capturing and adherence to billing guidelines.
