Program Manager

Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking a candidate for a Program Manager role to support the United States Army Cadet Command (USACC) and its requirements for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Information Management (C4IM) technology administrative support services. The position requires onsite support in facilities located at Fort Knox, KY in addition to telework.

Description of Duties:

• Shall possess the full authority to negotiate, act and commit for the contractor on all contractual matters relating to daily operation of this task order
• Shall be responsible for the performance of work at all locations
• Responsible for maintaining the qualifications and knowledge standards of employee competence, conduct, and integrity
• Serve as the Government's primary Point of Contact (POC) for this effort and shall be authorized to report on the status of and direct all activities and staff under this effort

Education, Experience, and Security Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing the same or similar in nature of work (i.e., IT-related services), size (i.e., minimum dollar value greater than $1.5 million per year) and scope (i.e., related PWS tasks) to this requirement
• Bachelor level degree from an accredited academic institution in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Visual Communications, Engineering, or IT/computer sciences
• Demonstrated knowledge of civilian information systems (CIS) related operations
• Familiar with MS Project 2010 or greater
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
